1. Orders
All orders are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required before order processing.
We accept payment through approved payment methods displayed at checkout.
3. Product Availability
Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.
If a specific flower or container is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement.
4. Delivery
Delivery dates and times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the order.
If no one is available, we may leave the flowers in a safe location, with a neighbour, or attempt redelivery, where applicable. Additional delivery charges may apply.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Order cancellations or changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Same-day orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been prepared or dispatched.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are generally not accepted.
If you receive damaged, incorrect, or poor-quality flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs.
Approved refunds, replacements, or store credits will be provided at our discretion.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that delivery information is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
8. Freshness Guarantee
We strive to deliver fresh, high-quality flowers.
Proper care should be taken by following the care instructions provided.
Natural variations in color, bloom size, and arrangement may occur.
9. Intellectual Property
All images, logos, designs, text, and content on our website and marketing materials are the property of Flower By Design and may not be copied or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
11. Privacy
Customer information is collected solely for processing orders and providing customer service.
Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to complete your order or comply with applicable laws.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, strikes, or government restrictions.
13. Governing Law
